The staff at Garden Plaza of Valley View was very caring, very nice, and very helpful. The facility was absolutely gorgeous, it would have been a place I would have chosen. The residents were playing cards, visiting, they were watching TV, and doing puzzles. They had a library, they had a central gathering area for people where they sometimes would have music come in and things like that, and they also had an exercise class.
We moved in at Garden Plaza of Valley View the first week of October. We have a nice large room and one very nice bedroom. We brought from home our big queen size bed, dressers, and things. The bathroom is very, very nice and the heating facility is nice. In the living room, we have our leather recliners and we bought a table. We have a wonderful facility. It's a big dining room and they serve three very good meals a day. On Friday evenings, they do have shrimp and fish, and roast beef. It's a variety of food that they have, and they're willing to make you most anything that you want that they have in stock. So they're very, very congenial in that way. They have Pinnacle and Bridge, and they have other games. They have musicians probably once a week. And the facility is very, very clean and very nice. The staff is excellent and very personable. Our room is cleaned thoroughly once a week. The inside of the building is immaculate. Their cost is very comparable to the other ones that we had looked at.
"As a financial advisor I sometimes am asked the best place for care and community for seniors. I visited many and bar none this is the best I have been to in the valley. The staff is incredibly caring for all situations the activities and meals make it truly a home community as well. The access to the right people to help in the right situations at the right cost is perfect. Ryan and team thank you for the help with my father as well.
